Returns

Items can only be returned if the package gets damaged in transit. We would also need proof for the same. This shall be done in 2 days after receiving the package.

Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for different size in same product if its available. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to get in touch with us, send a picture of the item and return the item you have upon validation in proper packaging. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds are not applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days of receiving the item if it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items on sale/ special discounted items and paintings are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
No refund policy. Store credit in very specific situations only*. Store credit will be processed in 2-5 business days. Please get in touch for more clarification.
